About Healthy Kids Day
Healthy Kids Day (HKD) is a national initiative by the Y of the USA to celebrate healthy minds, bodies, and spirits. The YMCAs in Tucson have hosted multiple Healthy Kids Day events and activities throughout the years at our Child Cares, at our branches, and with Cyclovia Tucson.
We are excited this year to host a citywide event at Himmel Park as an Association. We also continue our strong HKD relationship with the Pima County Library System. There is even a Library IN Himmel Park.

Want to have your company or organization involved as a station? Download and fill out the registration form and turn it into your nearest YMCA or contact a HKD representative for more information!
Station Application
Want to volunteer to help out with set up, break down, information, face painting, or something else you can think of? Contact your nearest branch and ask about being a volunteer for Healthy Kids Day or other opportunities!
