YMCA of Southern Arizona is dedicated to the further education of our young people and the Youth and Government program does just this! Youth and Government is an ongoing effort to promote the development of civic responsibilities, attitudes, skills and behaviors of Tucson's youth. It's designed to directly connect young people with specific opportunities to act whether at the local level or the state level by attending pre-legislative conferences in Phoenix.

Youth and Government is another way to involve Tucson's youth in positive after-school experiences which can promote leadership and engage them in the community through new and meaningful opportunities.
