With facility management comes an associated responsibility for maintenance, upkeep and renovations. Understanding the challenge between keeping current facilities modern and responding to growing community needs, the Properties Committee developed a 20-year Master Plan. In 2004, the Metropolitan Board adopted the Master plan, which was driven by each branch’s program needs.
