Group exercise classes are available free for all facility members. We have a variety of classes for all fitness levels and ages. Certified instructors lead will-rounded workouts, which include stretching, strength training and aerobic exercise

Zumba Fitness
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!

Pilates
Developed by Joseph Pilates to help rehab injured dancers, Pilates combines dance and yoga movements to strengthen and tone the belly, back & core.

Silver Sneakers
Exercises include work for all major and minor muscle groups addressing strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, agility, speed and power. Class is open to all YMCA members!

Senior Aerobics
This specialty class is designed to provide exercise, information and life skills for the beginner to seasoned exerciser in a fun atmosphere. No age requirement for this class!

Hi Lo / Ab Jam
Have fun while getting great abs. Cutting edge core exercises. Standing & floor moves along with fun dance-like aerobic routines designed to burn and firm.

Step Combo
Creative step moves that make you forget you’re working out! Two alternating 20 min. segments that change every week and consist of sculpting, turbo kick, ab jam or Hi-lo workouts.

Dance Aerobics
It's time to dance! This dance-aerobic class combines dance and exercise to bring some rhythm and fun to exercise. Jam-out, jazz it up, get a work-out to a lil' jazz, some funk, or a lil' Latin flavor.

Step Aerobics
A high intensity aerobic workout for exercisers of all levels. Step classes utilize 4, 6 and 8 inch “steps” with traditional aerobic class dance to build a hard core, heart-healthy routine.

Awesome Abs
Want a powerful core? This class will take you through a series of exciting exercises that will keep your core in check. Develop your abs, low back, and obliques in a quick 30 minute class!

Rumba
This 30 minute latin dance class is for all different kinds of people and skill levels. Have fun and improve your cardiovascular conditioning while dancing to the rhythm of Latin American music!

Group Cycling
Take your cycling experience to the next level with our indoor cycling program. Get a great workout in a very positive and encouraging environment. Water bottles and a towel are a must!

Aqua Aerobics
LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required, and a special kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Body Sculpting/Strength & Flexibility
A total body workout to really sculpt your body! This class uses weights, resistance bands, and body weight to give you a great workout you’ll be thinking about the next day!!!

Yoga
Hatha yoga focuses on flexibility, strength, balance and a centering of the mind, body & spirit. Classes focus on classical poses. All levels of participants are welcome.
