Cardiovascular and Strength Training
With a wide array of the latest fitness equipment, you have many options when creating a fitness program. Remember to balance strength training for your muscles with aerobic exercise for your cardiovascular system. And when you're all done, stretching will keep you injury-free and limber. Our staff would be happy to orient you to the Cardio Wellness Center and help you create a program that will help you accomplish your goals. We hold Cardio Wellness Center Orientation 4-times a month.

Is a technologically advanced computer network system that can transform your workouts and help you achieve your goals. All your workout information is stored automatically and you can manually log activities such as aerobics, tennis or even a walk with your dog. Your fitness instructor becomes a workout partner even when they are not with you. Your fitness instructor has the ability to monitor your workouts and will provide constant feedback to help you push yourself and give the motivation to get the results you want. Personal Training
Personal training is an opportunity to start a fitness program or get more out of your current workout routine. A personal trainer provides motivation, variety, safety, efficiency, and expertise to your workout. The Northwest YMCA employs certified personal trainers from National Associations. Our experienced team of trainers will work with you one-on-one to help you get the most out of your personalized workout!

Group Exercise
There's nothing like great music, a great instructor and an even greater group of people to get you motivated and make exercising fun! The YMCA offers a wide variety of classes from beginning to advanced, old school to new age, soothing to energizing. Our staff would be happy to help you select a program that meets your needs, your schedule and your mood. GRAVITY SYSTEMTM (Adult Programs)
The GRAVITY SYSTEM™ benefits participants of all ages, experiences, and fitness levels. From the seasoned fitness professional, to the newly exercising, the Gravity Training System offers the flexibility and variety for all participants to successfully integrate a strength and low-intensity cardiovascular workout.

GRAVITYGroup: The Strength Series facilitates a dynamic, fun and quick full-body strength and endurance workout in just 30 minutes. Strength Fundamentals is the members' orientation to the new GTSTM unit.

GRAVITYPersonalTraining: The Complete GTS Library Series, with over 100 GTS exercises, addresses efficiency with functional, multi-plane movement patterns and synergistic recruitment of muscle groups. It includes sample programming to meet specific client objectives for muscular strength and endurance, power, balance, performance, flexibility, cardio-resistance training and improved body composition.

"Main Attraction" GTS Youth Circuit (for ages 8-15)
An innovative youth fitness program by efi Sports Medicine and is designed to help kids be active, train for sports and, most importantly, have fun.
"Main Attraction" incorporates exercises linked to sports activities and competition. Each session lasts 30 minutes.
