SilverSneakers® Fitness Program
Ages 65 and older (with some exceptions)
The YMCA of Metropolitan Tucson participates in the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program. Pacificare/Secure Horizons, AARP and Health Net will pay for membership for their qualified participants. SilverSneakers^® members can access any part of our facility including the pool, weight and cardio rooms and any classes. Our members who are not subsidized by SilverSneakers® may take SilverSneakers® classes.  For more information, click here to go to the SilverSneakers® website.
