At no cost, the YMCA staff will work with you to develop a plan of action based on your company's individual needs—presently and in the future. We will assist you in designing a wellness program for your employees and support your efforts in instituting systems and policy changes to achieve your goals.

AND NEEDS
SURVEY
The YMCA will create and conduct an employee interest and needs survey in partnership with your Wellness Committee to determine the direction of the committee's efforts. The YMCA will collect and analyze the data—and share it with the Wellness Committee to assist them in their strategic planning.
ON-SITE CLINICAL SCREENINGS
In partnership with your health care provider, the YMCA will coordinate on-site clinical screenings and fitness assessments at office locations.
KEEPING EMPLOYEES HEALTHY
The latest research tells us that the greatest economic benefit is in paying attention to individuals in your organization with low health risks factors. Our Health and Wellness professionals will work with you to identify the opportunities within your organization to maximize the benefit of your "already healthy" employees...and assist you in creating an environment that encourages all employees to adopt healthier behaviors.
