With the addition of the Green Retreat Center in 2001 and the Green and Lebrecht Lodges in 2005, YMCA Triangle Y Ranch is the place for summer camp or your next retreat



Facilities include:

  • Green Retreat Center which includes two conference rooms and dining hall
  • 2 Lodges newly constructed (Green and Lebrecht)
    • Each lodge consists of 7 rooms (up to 4 people) 
    • Each room has a private restroom and shower
    • Each lodge has a Kitchenette
    • Each lodge has a livng area with a fireplace
  • Schlessinger Hall (consists of 4 rooms that hold up to four people with restrooms)
  • Sportsmans Hall (Large meeting room)
  • Hawkins Hall (original camp building, now medium size meeting room)
  • Loper Hall (meeting room and nature area)
  • Swimming Pool
  • Chapel (seats 150 people)
  • Infirmary
  • 23 Cabins spread out in 5 different villages (each cabin holds 12 to 14 people)
  • High Ropes Course with a "Zip" line
  • Climbing Wall
  • Challenge Course (low elements)
  • Basketball Court
  • Sand Volleyball Court
  • Large Ramada
  • Archery and Riflery Ranges
  • Large Campfire Area
  • Equestrian Area (includes tack room, riding arena, and corrals)

     

FROM CENTRAL TUCSON - 1 hour from downtown
Head north for 25 miles on Oracle Road (Highway 79), continuing through the town of Catalina to the town of Oracle Junction. At Oracle Junction, bear to the right onto Highway 77 and travel for 11 miles to the town of Oracle. When you arrive at the Oracle turnoff, turn right and travel through the town of Oracle on the American Way Blvd. Continue on American Way Blvd. For 2.5 miles, then turn right at the sign to Mt. Lemmon (Old Mt. Lemmon Road). Continue on the Old Mt. Lemmon Road for 4 miles, until you reach a fork in the road. At this point, the road turns to dirt. Take the road to the right and continue for another 1.6 miles. Turn right at the sign “YMCA Triangle Y Ranch.” Travel on the road for ¼ mile, go through the front gate of the camp and follow the signs.

FROM TUCSON - using I-10
Travel west to Tangerine Road exit. Turn right onto Tangerine Road and continue to Oracle Road. Turn left onto Oracle Road, continuing through the town of Catalina to the town of Oracle Junction. FROM PHOENIX - 2 hours and 20 minutes from downtown
Travel east on I-10 to US-60 exit. Take US-60 east to Exit 154 US-60 East to Mesa-Globe and go southeast for 1.1 miles. Continue of US-60 for 39.5 miles. Turn right onto AZ-79 and go southeast for 58.6 miles. Turn left onto AZ-77 and go northeast for 9.1 miles. When you arrive at the Oracle turnoff, turn right and travel through the town of Oracle on the American Way Blvd. Continue on American Way Blvd. For 2.5 miles, then turn right at the sign to Mt.
